报告题目：Life or Death Struggle? Profit-Margin-Guarantee Contract in a Channel with Channel Encroachment

报告内容概要：

When handling upstream manufacturers, some giant retailers (e.g., Amazon and JD.com) have imposed a profit-margin-guarantee contract (PMG contract), which compels manufacturers to guarantee that the retailer’s profit margin does not fall below a certain level (PMG rate). We consider a distribution channel wherein a PMG contract has been signed between a retailer and a manufacturer, and the manufacturer has an option to encroach into the market. We aim to examine the mechanism underlying PMG contract and how channel encroachment shifts it.

报告人简介：

李果，北京理工大学教授，博导，国家级领军人才。从事绿色供应链与物流管理、市场营销与运营交叉、大数据驱动决策管理等教研工作，担任教育部高校物流教指委青工组副组长，国际标准化组织创新物流技术委员会（ISO/TC344）工作组专家，中国物流学会等十余个一级/二级学会副理事长/常务理事/秘书长/理事，中国工程院院刊Frontiers of Engineering Management领域编辑，Production and Operations Management (UTD24)、Transportation Research Part E (SSCI, ABS-3)和International Journal of Logistics Research and Applications (SSCI)编委，Decision Sciences (DSI会刊)副主编，国际知名期刊Information Technology & People (SSCI, ABS-3)高级编辑，以第一/通讯在Journal of Operations Management(JOM, UTD24)、Production and Operations Management (UTD24)、Decision Sciences、Naval Research Logistics、管理科学学报等发表论文70余篇。发表在JOM的论文获得JOM期刊2023 “Ambassador Award”（唯一/Winner）和2020年度“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”(第三篇)，入选“全球前2%顶尖科学家”和爱思唯尔 “中国高被引学者”榜单，曾获教育部青年长江学者，北京高等学校“青年英才计划”，北京市优秀博士论文指导教师等多项荣誉。
